Frequently asked questions
How are your rates lower than what I get myself?
Carriers offer better prices at higher volumes. We ship for many stores at once, which qualifies for volume rates that individual shops don't get, and we pass those rates on.
Why aren't rates listed on this page?
Rates depend on carrier, service, destination and weight, so a single price list would not be accurate. Once your store is connected, you see the exact price for every label before you buy it.
Are these real carrier labels?
Yes. Labels are bought through our carrier accounts and work exactly like labels bought from the carrier directly, with the same barcodes and the same tracking.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes. Install the plugin from your platform's app store, create an account, and connect your store. Orders sync automatically from then on.
I only ship a few parcels a week. Is it worth it?
Yes. There is no minimum volume and no monthly target. The discounted rates apply whether you ship two parcels a month or five hundred.
Does it work with my platform?
